myTrip x Passenger

Contracted by the digital agency Salad Creative, I was brought in to handle tone of voice and direct mail for mobile bus ticketing app myTrip during the COVID-19 lockdowns.

myTrip is a mobile bus ticketing app that empowers bus operators to offer accessible contactless payments and ticketing, as well as real time information on occupancy and ‘last cleaned’ notices.

As a regular freelancer to the award winning agency Salad Creative, I was brought in to work on tone of voice, straplines, launch poster copy and a direct mail item that consisted of a direct response letter and an onboarding asset.

With the larger project and design all managed by Salad Creative, I was able to focus on creative and strategic copywriting for this new contactless bus ticketing app launched during the coronavirus pandemic of 2020.
