Blog features were strategically placed throughout the year in line with national and global campaigns, feeding into both social and email plans.

As well as creating and delivering a content plan that fed into a broad range of digital channels, I developed andkeep’s email marketing strategy into a calendar of successful campaigns that can be reignited, tweaked and deployed every year.

Triggered emails, referral programmes and onboarding flows were also developed, as well as producing both long-form and short-form features in line with current affairs and environmental campaigns.

 

Results

The email sales channel was grown with industry leading open, click through and conversion rates. As the email list grew we were able to plan future emails to meet new product releases, regularly selling out of new lines and priming the customer base through environmental and plastic-free awareness.
