Naked Wines US
Drafted in to work on the US side of the business, Naked Wines US is a mail order wine company based out of Napa, California. I produced a diverse range of email and direct mail campaigns for this subscription based business as well as product copy, press releases and social media advertising campaigns.
Working in the US and remotely from the UK, copy projects for this client have included triggered email flow, Facebook advertising, product copy and press releases.
Originally brought over to Napa, California to work out of their US HQ, I handled a wide array of copywriting projects. Email marketing is at the core of the business and I worked on everything from seasonal campaigns, MGM incentives, new release emails, and onboarding flows. As well as email marketing, I also worked on press releases, email related landing pages, and product copy. I continue to work as a freelancer to the US side of the business, working on projects including social media advertising copy and wine promos.
Results
As well as hitting industry standard open, click though and conversion rates, I took a high performing seasonal email campaign and increased the conversion rate from 4%, to 9%.
